Our Story

We began our land development in Toledo WA about five years ago. We started with the thought of helping find affordable housing options for our kids because of the ever higher cost of homes in our area. With our experience in construction we have moved forward with that goal of providing a quality product at an affordable price.

Winlock Heights

We are especially excited about our current project, Winlock Heights. This represents our first major housing development, and with our exceptional team, we’ve developed an unmatched opportunity for affordable housing in an exceptional neighborhood.
